OBAMACARE? CALL IT ROBERTSCARE. CHIEF PRIESTESS OF THE US SUPREME COURT DOES IT AGAIN!

The coven-like robed ones were at it again. By a 6-3 vote, the chief scribes of the United States Supreme Court ruled the 111th Congress intended to give any qualified American property in bank credits to be spent specifically on buying an medical bills paying insurance offered by sellers of such products.

The tie-breaking voters included the Supreme Court chief, the High Priestess John Roberts. And with today's ruling in King v. Burwell, once again Roberts proved to the world, he doesn't understand English nor English with respect to law.

This time, those suing over Obamacare claimed the 111th Congress intended to pay for part or all of any American's medical bills insurance, but only in those states of the USA where state legislators established state-run web sites for residents of their states to buy insurance. They made this claim because the writers of the law wrote the phrase "established by the state."

In his affirmative ruling, chief priestess Roberts wrote, "Congress passed the Affordable Care Act to improve health insurance markets, not to destroy them. If at all possible, we must interpret the Act in a way that is consistent with the former and avoids the latter."

In short, Roberts believes his job is to interpret law if a law claims it could do something good regardless of how it is written. Roberts sets a dangerous precedent for all Americans. Henceforth Congress could pass laws and then have their agencies claim extra-law authority merely by claiming Congress intended for this power or the expected results.

428908_354943234574162_569207220_n.jpgBack in 2012, Roberts was the guy who sided with others to decree Obamacare was legal. In that ruling, though Roberts stated the Commerce Clause of the U.S. Constitution cannot compel any individual to buy anything, Roberts claimed the taxing authority of Congress somehow can compel anyone to buy anything.

At the time, many Roberts apologists claim that Roberts was right because Roberts said the IRS would be the agency to collect the fines and therefore what would get collected would be taxes and not fines. What a convenient fiction that is.

The essence of a fine is this: If you do A against law and are caught, you must pay B.  The essence of a tax is this: Because you are doing A, you must pay us B, which is a percentage of A.

The purpose of a fine is to stop anyone from doing A. The purpose of a tax is to share in profits generated by doing A without having invested any capital first.

When law givers fine a factory owner for polluting a river, they do so to stop the factory owner from polluting the river, ever. When law givers tax profits of the factory owner, they want a cut of his profits. They're not trying to stop the factory owner from selling anything produced in his factor. Likewise, law givers aren't stopping the factory owner from selling his factory and taking up earning income by another means, say as a singer and a dancer.

With Obamacare, the effect of the Roberts ruling should be clear. Congress isn't sharing in anyone's income regardless of how they earn that income. Rather, Congress is fining everyone caught without medical bills insurance.

Congress is fining you for doing something — living without specifically structured medical bills insurance— rather than taxing you — sharing in your income regardless of what you are doing.  To claim it as a tax and not what it is, a fine, is to throw out about 715 years of English-based jurisprudence.

State legislators fine you when you drive (live) without car liability paying insurance (medical bills insurance). To see Robertscare any other way is to deceive oneself.

The word fine entered into English about the year 1200 from Old French speakers meaning death, fee, payment. By the mid 1300s, the word was being said to mean sum of money paid for exemption from punishment or to compensate for injury.

The word tax entered into English in the early 1300s from Anglo-French speakers to mean obligatory contribution levied by a sovereign.

So the next time you must pay a speeding ticket, by the way Roberts believes, you are not being fined. Rather, you are being taxed. You are not being fined.

Americans should be compelled to buy all kinds of products at least according to the tortured faux-logic thought by the United States Supreme Court creepy robe wearers — Roberts,  Breyer, Ginsburg, Kagan and Sotomayor.

  • All Americans need places to sleep. Some of the time, many to most Americans could find themselves facing homelessness. Requiring Americans to buy housingcare insurance would be a tax and not a fine. Therefore, forthwith, all Americans should be required to buy housingcare insurance.
  • All Americans need legal representation. Some of the time, many to most Americans could find themselves facing criminal charges, civil suits or jail time. Requiring Americans to buy legalcare insurance would be a tax and not a fine. Therefore, forthwith, all Americans should be required to buy legalcare insurance.
  • All Americans need skills to compete in a globalized economy. Some of the time, many to most Americans could find themselves with obsolete skills and not enough cash to pay for learning new skills. Requiring Americans to buy higher educationcare insurance would be a tax and not a fine. Therefore, forthwith, all Americans should be required to buy higher educationcare insurance.
  • All Americans need fun and recreation for proper mental health. Some of the time, many to most Americans could find themselves without enough cash to pay for tickets to amusement parks, sporting events, concerts. Requiring Americans to buy funcare insurance would be a tax and not a fine. Therefore, forthwith, all Americans should be required to buy funcare insurance.
  • All Americans need to eat. Some of the time, many to most Americans could find themselves without cash to pay for food.  Requiring Americans to buy foodcare insurance would be a tax and not a fine. Therefore, forthwith, all Americans should be required to buy foodcare insurance.
  • All Americans need to wear clothes. Some of the time, many to most Americans could find themselves without enough cash to pay for clothes. Requiring Americans to buy clothescare insurance would be a tax and not a fine. Therefore, forthwith, all Americans should be required to buy clothescare insurance.

John Roberts might have been awarded summa cum laude as an undergrad from Harvard and magna cum laude Harvard Law School, but Roberts is clueless about the concepts words label. In short, he does not get meaning. And if that isn't the case, then the Chief Priestess is corrupt and immoral.

Power. It corrupts everyone. Alas, it wasn't enough to be appointed to the U.S. Supreme Court for John Glover Roberts. Nor was it enough to be crowned Chief Justice.

OBESITY. GLUTTONY, SLOTH AND OBAMACARE AND THE TRUE FIX THAT WOULD END THE BURDEN OF OBESITY

So today, Bloomberg editors published yet another article on fat Americans. What caught my eye is the chart near the story's top.

A bit ago, in a talk with a friend, I said to her that during my youthful days, maybe one of every 10 would have been considered fat for the times. The chart confirms seems to confirm my recollection.

You see it was closer to 15%, so 15 out of 100 rather than 10 out of 100 as I recall, but that is because I didn't live in the Midwest or the South. Thus, I didn't see the extra five fat ones.

As you can see from the chart, fatness has skyrocketed exponentially since the 1980s though it looks as if it is levelling off. My guess is that all those who want to be fat are fat and beyond that percentage people likely die from fat illnesses before that growth line can continue.

The Bloomberg story links all kinds of reverberation from having this many Americans obese including an estimate of as many as one billion gallons of gasoline burned along with associated pollution generated because of the obese.

Some would like to excuse anyone of his or her character flaws and errors. They would like to blame hormone imbalances, though they ignore overeating as a cause of those imbalances; or they would like ot blame sugar addiction, as if sugar is alive and forced anyone to consume it.

Obesity arises from gluttony and sloth. To believe in any other causality is to deny reality. In short, those who become obese fail to earn their calories. Their food intake far exceeds their energy needs.

Back on September 3rd, 2012, the New Scientist reported that a large body of evidence supports the belief that Alzheimer's is primarily a metabolic disease with some scientists calling it Type 3 diabetes.

In America, no one talks about how the chronically overweight and the obese effectively free ride on everyone, getting full on medical bailouts with Medicare and sometimes sooner with Medicaid. Because no one talks about this, no one talks about how the chronically overweight and obese should pay substantially higher medical bills insurance premiums including those deducted through FICA for Medicaid and Medicare.

Since Chief Robe Roberts wrongly blessed Obamacare,  everyone must buy medical bills paying insurance, politically called health care because Congress pays the medical bills. Health care is Washington, D.C. political-speak for Medicaid and Medicare. That is why you hear pols say "the cost of health care."

The way Obama and his cronies see it, the fit and the healthy should subsidize the unfit and the sickly. They have it all wrong.

There should be at least two pools of the insured. The fit and the unfit. In short, those who are unfit ought to pay substantial premiums as it is inevitable, nearly so, that the chronically overweight and the obese shall need substantive medical care for a good part of their lives. There is no reason why the fit ought to carry the heavy weight of the chronically overweight as well as the obese.

The pool of the unfit ought to pay for unfit others. The pool of the fit ought to pay for the fit others.

Twice a year, at the expense of the insured rather than the insurer, anyone could get test for height, weight, heart rate and blood pressure. Depending upon how far from fitness anyone is ought to govern what shall be that one's premium rate.

Actuarial scientists can figure out all of this and project their true costs and thus what their realistic premiums ought to be. As it is now, though, the chronically overweight and obese are freeloading at the all-you-can-eat buffet of life at the expense of the fit.

Obama is Americans' foremost preacher about people paying their fair shares. One would think Obama would call for the willingly slothful and gluttonous to pay their fair shares, shares that are calculable by actuarial science.

As long as Americans demand that welfare medicine exist, future Medicaid and Medicare recipients should pay substantially higher taxes for those programs based on their lack of fitness. The onus ought to get placed on those who voluntarily turn themselves into fatties through their own depraved gluttony and sloth.

Yet, many weak-minded foolish ones clamor for sin taxes on bad foods as the means by which to stop the Battle of the Bulge. However, why should responsible Americans who can eat sugar, processed meats and the like in moderation pay the price too?

The right answer of course, is to end all welfare medicine (Medicaid, Medicare). Involuntary association is violence expressed. And all violence is immoral. Forcing some to hand over their earnings, calling such stealing income taxes so others can live depraved lives, effectively getting a bailout for their behavior, is immoral.

For that is all welfare medicine is, a bailout for each recipient. Many Americans never exercise and thus never achieve max heart rate; or they smoke, drink alcohol excessively, overeat, eat a diet mostly of petro-chemical laden factory foods, or eat mostly junk carbs. After years of abuse, they sign up for their welfare medicine, provided free-to-them and paid for through immoral forceful taking with the sugary sweet name income taxes.

Here is how it ought to work. Those who want to live longer can decide to do so and thus eat right, exercise, buy medical bills paying insurance (wrongly called health insurance as a rhetorical means of deception) as a risk hedge against their unknown future. Those who don't want to live longer can get as fat as they want and die younger without the means to sustain themselves physically or financially.

Among the real world, legislator meddlers insist on forcing adults with threats of violence (fines, imprisonment), claiming that they're saving those adults from themselves while they justify robbing others to pay themselves for their rheotrical Utopian crusades.

Weight gain comes from excess calories. No other causality exists. This is inescapable biological physics.

It's time to do some food mathematics.

one pound = 3500 calories ( 0.45 kg = 3500 calories; 0.07 stones = 3500 calories)

If someone eats a mere extra 50 calories a day over their daily caloric needs, within 70 days, that one shall gain one pound. What amounts to an extra 50 calories?

• 4 ounces of Coca Cola (4.28 oz; 118.3 ml)
• one-third of one ounce of a Nestle Butterfinger Bar (0.38 oz; 10.9 g)
• one-third of one ounce of a Kit Kat bar (0.34 oz; 9.65 g)

In one year, that one would gain a bit more than five pounds ( 5.2 lbs; 2.36 kgs; 0.37 stones). In five years, that one would gain a whopping 26 pounds (11.8 kg; 1.86 stones) and in ten years, the gain comes to lardy 52 pounds (23.6 kg; 3.71 stones).

If you are unsure about how your weight measures up, check out this easy to use calculation:

Maximum Weight Limit (MWL) - Screening for Obesity-Over weight by George Fernandez

It's my hope for all who need to do so, to awaken to their personal errors, to feel sorrow and then to turn, working to effect their own salvation. Until all do, nothing shall change.

Here is how I recall what Americans looked like during my youth, especially American women.

OBAMACARE FAIL CO-ARCHITECT JONATHAN GRUBER NOW SAYS HE CAN'T BE TRUSTED WHEN HE SPEAKS IN PUBLIC

So of Peter Suderman Reason.com picked up on the reality that Jonathan Gruber, one of the Ivory sandbox academia architects of the failure that is Obamacare, spoke in public to say that subsidies for individuals would be paid through state exchanges only.

Here is a clip of the college professor, Gruber, from the fantasy land that is academia saying so:

Gruber pulls the same defense as the Obama adminstration has done in these court battles. As Obama admin lawyers have argued that Congressmen intended to include subsidies through U.S. run exchanges, soo too, Gruber intended to say the right words to justify the failure of law that is Obamacare.

How can Gruber live with himself? Lying is such an unmanly, cowardly trait.

Last week, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia ruled that subsidies to pay anyone's Obamacare medical insurance bill can be had only through exchanges established by a state in which that one lives. In short, the court affirmed what Gruber said publicly. Thus, anyone living in a state without an exchange no longer can receive subsidies for their Obamacare medical insurance. The ruling only affects U.S. citizens living in any of the 50 U.S. states and D.C. but not any U.S. territory such as American Samoa, Guam, the Northern Mariana Islands, Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands, as the latter have been disqualified from Obamacare.

Also last week, clueless judge, Andre Davis of the Fourth Circuit (Richmond), ruled that subsidies could be had through U.S. run exchanges for citizens in states where states failed to establish exchanges. Davis provided this wacked out wrong analogy for his ruling:

"If I ask for pizza from Pizza Hut for lunch but clarify that I would  be fine with a pizza from Domino’s, and I then specify that I want ham and pepperoni on my pizza from Pizza Hut, my friend who  returns from Domino’s with a ham and pepperoni pizza has still complied with a literal construction of my lunch order.
That is  this case: Congress specified that Exchanges should be established and run by the states, but the contingency provision permits federal officials to act in place of the state when it fails to establish an Exchange. "

If what Davis claims is true, then this this would be true:

I task a friend to be my best man for my upcoming wedding. I instruct him hire a limousine for the wedding party of six.   On the day of the wedding, a Fiat 500 shows up. The best man says to me, "Limo schimo. The intent of driving you from point A to B is the same whether in a limo or this Fiat 500. Besides I saved you a hundreds."
My bride sees it differently, feeling abased. So she withholds sex during the entire the honeymoon.

In short, Davis ruled that  merely because it's not written in this law and by extension, any law, any agency of the executive branch can make it up as they go along. Of course, Davis is wrong for reasons of jurisprudence, specifically, power and authority as well as rights and duty.

If agencies can make up stuff as they go along, why have any law at all? And what then of the Constitution, which is a compact of states specifically detailing what rights and duties Congress and the executive have to both states and to any individuals per the first ten amendments, why have a Constitution at all?

Davis ought to consider resigning from the court and getting out of law altogether. Davis doesn't seem to understand reality.

AND NOW I GIVE YOU THE REAL REASON FOR OBAMACARE

Conspiracy theorist nutters have claimed Obamacare would lead to single payer. But Obamacare isn't an evil plot to get to single payer, Obamacare is little more than a crisis of their own making

And now i give you the real reason for Obamacare. It's not single payer. It's to condition Americans, B.F. Skinner and J.B. Watson-style for a future without healthcare (Congressional outlays for Medicare and Medicaid) so that Americans today get conditioned to buy bills paying insurance for their later years.

Check out Reason mag for more of the story.

GUNS, DISEASE AND THE WIZARD OF OZ. WHY ARE AMERICANS WASTING TIME AND MONEY WITH OBAMACARE AND CRIME?

Ask anyone at random how many deaths happen in America each year and even what is the head count of Americans. Likely, you will fail to hear numbers that come close to the ballpark.

It's rare when a legal gun owner uses a legal firearm in the commission of a crime. It's so rare, that it isn't even worth mentioning statistically.

As well, murder by any kind of gun is so small relative to deaths in America that talking about guns and death isn't even worthy of discourse (6/10 of 1%)

Yet, 24% of all Americans who die each year die of cancer and another 24% die of heart disease. 30% die of heart disease or strokes.

It's safe to claim that about 32% of all deaths each year have habitual cigarette smoking, lack of exercise and poor diet as causal factors.

Using 2012 figures, with  313.9 million Americans producing a GDP of $15,680 BILLION, Americans spend $2,728.3 BILLION on medicine, of which politicians tax and spend $1,705.18 BILLION by force of law. With the number of deaths near 2,309,212 Americans, Americans spend $1,181,493 PER DISEASE DEATH!

This number alone shocks, considering that life expectancy improved a scant 4% over time in 22 years! What a waste of money.

It gets even worse when looking at spending on policing and justice relative to crime deaths. Using 2006 spending of $214.5 billion, a whopping $14,292,600 has been spent PER CRIME DEATH!

Killing rival drug dealers is competition by other means. It is owing to prohibition of recreational drug use that many murders happen each year in America. Simply, decriminalizing the sale of drugs would cut down an already insignificant number of crime deaths. Yet, many Americans working conjured jobs — cops, judges, jailers — would find themselves clueless as how to earn an honest, real living.

The most expensive medicine comes about because persons are trying to stave off the inevitable, their own deaths. Except, most expect taxpayers pay for their gluttonous, slothful sins by giving them a moral hazard bailout later in life, which all know as Medicare.

As well, Obamacare violates everything about insurance, turning insurance into a credit card for persons who fail to live healthy. Insurance exists to payout on losses.

Real insurance works like car insurance, people who put themselves at greater risk of loss pay more than people who play at living safely. Mandating the young and fit pay high premiums for the obese, the chronically overweight, the lazy, those who habitually smoke cigarettes, well, that turns insurance into credit cards for people who want to live longer at the expense of everyone else.

Almost all lack valid beliefs about reality on every topic imaginable. For almost all, their beliefs are not their own. Their beliefs come from the idiot box, the boob tube, the great OZ of opinion making.

OBAMACARE. IT'S A CRISIS OF THEIR OWN MAKING

Obamacare is a crisis of their own making.

All should be reminded of that every time the word Obamacare gets mentioned.

There were no problems in the private markets for medical bills paying insurance before Obamacare. The U.S. Congress then led by Pelosi and Reid along with Obama himself have created this crisis.

It should be clear to all that Sebelius is in way too deep, way over her head, beyond her intellectual capacity to lead and to know how to get results. Easily, Sebelius is one of the most incompetent cabinet secretaries in the history of the United States, and perhaps the most incompetent.

The problem of healthcare expense (what Congress pays for Medicare, Medicaid and Veterans) remain. The outlays for these programs shall continue to grow because:

1) growth of immigration, legal or otherwise consists of people mostly lacking skills that would enable them to earn wages above qualifying for Medicaid

2) demographics of baby boomers that sees 10,000 additional Americans a day turn 65 and instantly qualify for Medicare

3) perpetual military adventurism resulting in ever more maimed soldiers

IS OBAMA THE STUPIDEST MAN EVER TO HOLD THE OFFICE OF THE PRESIDENCY?

In the vid above, watch Obama touting healthcare.gov as easy as shopping for "a plane ticket on Kayak"  or a "TV on Amazon".

In the vid above, watch Obama say, "I don't think I am stupid enough to go around saying this is gonna [SIC] be like shopping on Amazon or Travelocity."

OBAMACARE AND ECONOMIC RETARDATION

The creators and supporters of Obamacare suffer from economic retardation. Obamacare is economic retrograde reflecting intellectual dysgenics.

While it is true that unionized government workers, unionized hospital workers, licensed doctors, medical bills paying insurers, med equipment makers, and university med school operators, have skewed the various markets for medicine, medical prices are set at what the U.S. Congress pays and not insurers, nor patients.

The U.S. Congress dominates the winning bids for medicine — $6.50 of every $10 spent on medicine in the USA — it is the U.S. Congress alone who set the prices. The other participants are price takers.

Costs are outlays. Costs are not prices. Prices are rates of exchange.

Obamacare does not reduce the cost of healthcare, which is what pols claim it would do.

1. Healthcare means Medicare and Medicaid. It does not mean medicine. The word healthcarewas coined by a government worker in 1940. Duh.

2. Cost of healthcare means the outlay Congress renders every year to pay for Medicaid and Medicare.

3. Since the U.S. Congress is the number one winning bidder for medicine, spending $6.50 for every $10 spent on medicine, the U.S. Congress sets the price in the marketplace for all medicine seekers, even those whose bills get paid by private insurance .

Obamacare doesn't control costs. The outlays for Medicare and Medicaid continue to grow at an increasing rate. Medicare and Medicaid are what politicians mean when they say"healthcare".

Healthcare doesn't mean medicine. It means government outlays for medicine bought and given as welfare on behalf of Americans who qualify either by lack of means (Medicaid) or age (Medicare) as well as permanent disability (Medicare).

Obamacare will not reduce Congressional outlays for healthcare. The demographics are against anyone who believes otherwise. 10,000 Americans turn 65 every day. According to the CBO, "CBO anticipates that Medicare spending will rise rapidly over the next decade, spurred by the retirement of the baby boomers."

The prices for all kinds of medicine shall rise as the U.S. Congress continues to outbid others for medicine and  thus set the prices for which all must pay to gain the same medicine.

Many fail to understand what healthcare means, how markets work, how market interference works, how private insurance works and so forth. Worst of all, Obama doesn't know how all of this works.

UNIVERSAL COVERAGE

I
If so-called universal coverage was the goal of Obama, the fix was painless:

[1] merge Medicaid and Medicare, making the whole thing means tested, based solely on income from any source

[2] levy another FICA-style tax to pay for monthly premiums for workers, only

[3] each year or whenever someone starts a new job, assign at random, any worker to a medical bills insurer operating within that worker's state.

There was no need to have a 4,500 page law, hire 100,000 IRS agents, spend $600 million for a failed web site, and so on.

The smart move would have been to end both Medicaid and Medicare. Prices would have collapsed. People could pay out-of-pocket for almost everything.

Charity would pick up the tab for the poor in need of major illness care.

Americans did quite well in the days of charity hospitals and lack of political involvement in medicine. After all, medicine is a category of products, like blue jeans, beer, oral sex from prostitutes, cars, baseball tickets, and so so.

THE REAL DEBATE AVOIDED

The real debate that Americans ought to have is a moral debate.

Why should someone who wants to extend his or her life through medicine do so by sticking someone else with paying for it?

Medicare is a pernicious evil for those who pledge their fealty to power-seeking politicians in exchange for their bills to get paid. Politicians need that power to do the handiwork of other scumbags. Without power, politicians are useless humans.

End age-tested Medicare and you go far to ending the corrupted and corrupting distortion of medical economics.

If people want to live long and if they don't want to eat right, exercise, as well as eliminate known risks — getting drunk and driving, doing drugs, or merely driving any vehicle in general and the like, then they should either buy insurance or invest beginning at a young age and if investing, hope their investments pay off.

All those who support programs like Medicare and Medicaid are the same as Mao, Hitler, Stalin, Pol Pot or any despot tyrant and differ only in magnitude but not kind. The repugnant idea of joining with others to use force against some, absconding their property so as to enhance their living standard or their lives is not the hallmark of an enlightened people. It is action of the feudal mind.

CONGRESS BLOCKS THE FUTURE

Who knows what kind of awesome Jetson-age medical products Americans would have today under a regime of price and efficiency if only we didn't have U.S. Congresses setting the price for medicine through Medicaid and Medicare, if only we didn't have U.S. Congresses piddling away billions on unproductive research grants and institutes like the NIH, if only we didn't have regulatory capture facilitated by the FDA, and if only we didn't have states legislatures micromanaging the production of medicine.

Why, I'd bet without the foregoing, you could walk into a booth, insert your limbs here and there, and a full diagnostic could be run on you in seconds, including a blood scan, with results yielding treatment protocol for the pharmacist to fulfill on the spot.

THE REALITY ABOUT OBAMA

Obama suffers from hubris to a degree perhaps never before seen by Americans. Yet, the worst bit about Obama are those who work with him. Easily, these clueless wonders are among the stupidest people ever to be appointed to high offices.

Obama is a stupid man, quite stupid. Obama doesn't get economy and economics at all. Yet, who should be surprised? Neither Obama or nor his parents ever held real jobs nor did they own any businesses in their lives.

What Obama has learned is how to work as a politician. That is all he knows.

OBAMACARE ISN'T AN EVIL PLOT TO GET TO SINGLE PAYER. IT'S MERELY POLITICAL STUPIDITY.

Too many times, I have read or heard the paranoid ones, the ones who see conspiracy behind every tree claim that Obamacare is a ruse designed to fail only so the U.S. Congress can "ride to the rescue" by replacing Obamacare with a single-payer system.

It is unlikely that any conspiracy exists, whose participants purposely designed Obamacare as a fail in a devious plot to move to single payer.

Medical bills paying insurance is a $620 billion industry of over 1,000 firms which employ over 460,000.

No one kills off industry of that size. Besides, the industry leaders likely have too much clout with the U.S. Congress to be killed off.

Rather, because of its largess, successive U.S. Congresses have put profit strains on insurers since the U.S. Congress is the largest bidder for medicine ($6.50 of every $10 spent on medicine).

That entitlement expenditure is breaking successive congressional budgets, crowding out discretionary spending. Without unencumbered money to blow on supporters, Congresses have nothing.

Those of Congress have seen the writing on the wall. This collusion between Congress and insurance execs is designed to transfer people from government medical welfare (parroted as the rhetorical, sweet sounding health care ) to private insurers, while upping the unearned-through-competition profitability of insurers.

OBAMACARE, THE BREAKER OF ALL THINGS

Obamacare ends up not fixing anything, but rather breaking already distorted markets.

The problem with medical economics rests solely with the U.S. Congress and no one else. Successive congresses have set the rules, which have made themselves the biggest bidder for medicine ($6.50 of every $10 spent on medicine is spent by the U.S. Congress).

Because of tax laws, employers write-off all expenses related to providing medical bills paying insurance to employees. That gives them an undue competitive edge in hiring better work candidates. Everyone who pays taxes, in effect, are subsidizing employers who provide med bills insurance for workers.

THE EASY FIX FOR MEDICAL ECONOMICS

To fix medical economics, wrongly said as "health care costs" (only Medicaid and Medicare are health care costs of Congress), these things need to happen:

  1. The U.S. Congress needs to reduce their footprint of expenditures for medicine to at most $2 for every $10 and ideally to $0
  2. The supply of medical practitioners needs to rise substantially
  3. Efficiency inducing competition needs to arise to squeeze out unearned profits

Acts that could accomplish the foregoing are these:

  1. Prohibit employers from offering medical bills paying insurance (again, wrongly parroted as "health care" ).
  2. Let insurers compete across state lines.
  3. Fold Medicare and Medicaid into one, means tested program, perhaps only for individuals with incomes of $20,000 or less, limiting the annual payout to ten doctor visits for non-life threatening illnesses.
  4. Encourage states legislatures to break up the monopoly of medical practice licensing to AMA-approved doctors by letting a new, generalist class of doctor arise, one needing far less schooling who can treat aches, pains, the common cold and who set broken bones.

FREELOADING AT THE BUFFET OF THE LIVING

Back on September 19, 2012, the USA Today reported that about two-thirds of adults in Mississippi and several other states could be obese by 2030 if obesity rates continue to climb at current rates (see link below).

Back on September 3rd of last year, the New Scientist reported that a large body of evidence supports the belief that Alzheimer's is primarily a metabolic disease with some scientists calling it Type 3 diabetes (see link below).

In America, no one talks about how the chronically overweight and the obese effectively free ride on everyone, getting full on medical bailouts with Medicare and sometimes sooner with Medicaid.

FIXING OBAMACARE BEFORE IT STARTS; OR IF ONLY OBAMA WERE AS SMART AS I AM

Unfortunately, in the worst judicial decision since Wickard v Filburn, a decision that couldn't be more wrong, English-language challenged, USSC chief robe John Roberts decreed what any right-minded thinker knows to be a fine now as a tax. Roberts pulled a putting lipstick on a pig trick and now wants you to pork it.

Yet, Americans, we need to suck it up. ObamaCare isn't going away.

The Big Lie politicians told to gain the trust of Americans to support Obamacare is that Obamacare would cover the uninsured. Always, politicians tell the Big Lie, whenever they want to establish something that benefits their financial backers instead of the citizenry.

There was no need to create a 2,400 page law. There was no need to create new agencies to regulate and administer the law.   There was no need to hire on tens of thousands of more useless, overpaid, unionized, flunky, paper-pushing government employees.

Having done the foregoing reveals profound intellectual stupidity of our so-called leaders. Obama and the members of Congress who passed Obamacare, guys like Harry Reid and women like Nancy Pelosi are among the stupidest people ever to hold the reins of power.

If the goal truly were universal coverage as they call it, the fix to achieve such is easy. Here is how it should be done, but first, you need to know what we have now.

Medicare exists for old people. Medicaid exists for the poor. It's what they callmeans tested, which is a fancy way of checking income and family head count, making sure income doesn't exceed an annual sum.

Already, there are payroll taxes called FICA taxes, named after the Federal Insurance Contributions Act. FICA taxes cover Social Security Old-age, survivors, and disability insurance (OASDI) and Medicare.

And here is the fix. It would have been easy to add another payroll tax to pay for medical insurance. There should be a universal medical bills insurance tax.

Already, Americans are used to having payroll taxes deducted from their paychecks. Those who have jobs with medical bills insurance experience what it is like to have insurance payments deducted from their paychecks.

Next, Medicaid and Medicare should have been folded into one program for those who are unemployed or who are retired living on Social Security only.

And now for the best parts. Rather than having employers broker insurance for employees, everyone working should be assigned at random to a medical bills paying insurer (wrongly called "health insurance") operating within each workers' respective state.

Insurers wouldn't know ahead of time, anyone they would be required to insure, regardless of pre-existing condition. Likewise, workers wouldn't know who would be their insurer until assigned. At the start of each year, random assignment could happen.

Also, there should be two payroll tax rates, one for the fit and one for the unfit. The unfit should pay substantially higher taxes, since they are the ones most likely who will need medicine for their unfit bodies. Those who have the right weight for their heights and the right blood pressure and heart rates should pay much lower premiums than those who let themselves go by living slothful, gluttonous, hedonistic lives.

Having two insured pools is the right way to express the actuarial science behind insurance. The unfit would have incentive to get fit and the fit would have incentive to stay fit.

Further, those in retirement with incomes beyond Social Security should have their Social Security taxed at the appropriate rate, either for the fit or the unfit. Thus, the elderly would be treated as anyone else, with no age prejudice against them.

As it is, technically, employers don't pay for insurance for employees, ever. For employers, admin costs become tax write offs. Yet, taxpayers who cannot escape their compulsory taxes are the ones who pay for businesses to provide insurance to employees.

My proposal does what Obama couldn't do — UNIVERSAL COVERAGE FOR ALL AMERICANS. My proposal removes the admin burden from employers, which drags on the economy.

The poor get covered. The productive working class gets covered. The rich get covered. Insurers can stay in business. Richer Social Security recipients would pay their fair share as Obama likes to call it.

If only Obama were as smart as me, our lives as Americans would better by far.
