YET ANOTHER ONE FOR THE LIST OF WORST U.S. SUPREME COURT RULINGS, EVER.

One might be tempted to believe U.S. Supreme Court justices never have read the U.S. Constitution nor any of the works written by those who wrote the constitution nor any works regarding civil jurisprudence and especially works on property (right of ownership) when coming across yet another near fatal blow to Americans and America.

• American Broadcasting Companies, Inc. v. Aereo, Inc.

The USSC is broken.The USSC robes fail to uphold the U.S. Constitution at every turn. Instead, USSC robes look for every reason to rule in favor of the establishment and Congress.



Americans need 50 judges, one appointed by each states' legislature. Each appointee should be a natural (not naturalized) citizen, at least 50, and have sired or birthed at least one child. Once approved, a U.S. Supreme Court justice should serve for a maximum of 10 years. 

That these people still wear black klansman robes in the 21st century should tell you everything you need to know about the state of irreality within which Americans live.
