Have the eco-warriors indoctrinated the child who answered this question on his homework or has the kid resigned himself that trying to get permits would be futile?
Right now, Ben Carson polls as the front-runner for the Republican Party nomination to be the Republican Party candidate for the President of the United States. The only problem with that is Ben Carson isn't in the Republican Party. Sure, Carson might be a registered as a Republican Party voter, but that doesn't mean Carson is in the party.
To be in a political party means to have earned paychecks from doing political work for a party. To be in a political party means to worked your way through the party system, gaining favor and being anointed by party leaders to run for the offices they allow you to run.
American political parties — the Democratic Party and the Republican Party — are little more than cults. Worse, the men of these parties have colluded and continue to collude with each other so they can keep the reins of power. They have become a two-party dictatorship lording over you and all Americans.
Anyway, the propaganda machine known as CNN Television has been hired by the well-entrenched minority, the political party operatives of the Republican Party and Democratic Party to oust Ben Carson. They cannot have an outsider winning the nomination for either party. That would wreck their control over Americans.
So, CNN hacks have tried to dig up dirt on Carson over his childhood of all things. It seems the licensed neurosurgeon — can you imagine yourself having the guts to cut open someone's skull and operate on a wet, living brain — had a few angry-fueled incidents as a child. CNN hacks are trying to suggest to Americans that a playground fight at age eight or nine should disqualify someone from running for the presidency.
You can watch the verbal wit fest between Carson and the nobody hacktress working for CNN.
With the Internet, like most everything else, the good and the bad stand before you. You must decide.
Sometimes the bad of the Internet is baneful stupidity spread by Financial End Times preachers. Spewing populist sermons from their blogger pulpits, these deliverance preachers promise to guide their flocks through Financial Armageddon. Such Financial End Times preachers are fond of fleecing their flocks with sales of their numerous books of revelation.
These Financial End Times preachers claim the financial apocalypse is always about to happen soon. They claim to have the gift of financial prophecy. For them, their Satan, their evil foe is the supposed Financial New World Order.
One of the more insidious sermons often preached is how "the debt is going to explode in our faces." These preachers breathe fiery sermons of brimstone and treacle, that devil-spawn bankers and corrupted law givers have engaged in such financial evils that a price must be paid to set things aright.
Reality of course is far different from superstition.
The Greenspan-Bernanke Great Inflation, the biggest credit bubble in the history of mankind led to peak GDP. After the Greenspan-Bernanke Great Inflation blew up, deflation started. We're only seeing signs now of banking deflation stopping.
First under Bernanke and then under Yellen, central bankers have masked that deflation with what they call Quantitative Easing. And that is the whole point of Quantitative Easing. Quantitative Easing makes everyone believe that prices they look upon with their eyes are at least the same as before if not slightly higher.
If you were to ask almost everyone you were to meet if prices of things are up or down in their supermarkets and elsewhere, they would tell you that prices are up. Of course, as all prices get quoted in dollars, dollar prices are up.
However, once you look at prices in True Dollars™, you would find that true prices are down for almost everything.
Credit isn't any different. Credit is up in current dollars. Since credit is the flip side of debt, debt is up in current dollars. Populist end times financial preachers point to current dollar charts of debt and have their flock believing locusts are about ready to swarm.
However, in True Dollars™, credit is down and thus so is debt, for everyone. So let's have a look.
Where do the women and men of Congress stand with their debt? Congress debt has fallen to true GDP peak-approaching 2007 levels.
What about the law givers of the various states and counties and municipalities?
What does the debt position of financial firms look like?
Where are the non-financial corporations?
Where are the non-financial businesses not incorporated?
And what about individuals, where do households stand these days on debt?
As you can see from the table below, that all parties of the economy have been reducing their true debt, their debt tallied in True Dollars™.
Unlike the populist financial end times preachers as well as those other superstition lot, the academia economist preachers, I give you to scientific reality. You won't find anywhere else on the Internet, my charts, all of which correspond to the reality everyone experiences daily.
Today in Forbes, I read Tear Down This Reagan by Bill Whalen , a worker on the payroll of the Hoover Institution. In this work, Whalen describes the ugly underneath politics over a statue of former U.S. president and California governor Ronald Reagan. It seems a recalled California Supreme Court judge Cruz Reynoso has a grudge against Reagan.
Worshiping statues chiseled from stone or forged from bronze is the stuff of superstition. Rejecting the gods of one people to be replaced by the gods one favors is the stuff of savages. And yet this is what Cruz Reynoso has urged Americans to do. We're living in the 21st century, right?
If only Americans from long ago through today would have embraced naming of cities, states, bridges, schools and so forth after beliefs Americans ought to hold sacred rather than naming everything after dead politicians and dead presidents, maybe America wouldn't be in such a state of retrogression. Today, then, rather than Lincoln High School, Americans would have Bill of Rights High School. Instead of the George Washington Bridge, Americans would have the Liberty Bridge. Instead of the Kennedy Space Center, we would have Americans Paid Taxes for this Indulgence Space Center.
Over the centuries, U.S. congresses and the state houses have created their own polytheistic religion. To indoctrinate all Americans into their religion they have conjured up prayers — the Pledge of Allegiance — and moments to their gods — Mt. Rushmore, the Lincoln Memorial and so forth.
Naming things after dead law givers and putting up statues of them works as persuasion in a kind of propaganda. Everywhere you go, you get reminded that law givers were living gods in their times and that your prosperity, luck and life gets owed to these gods.
Americans need more statues like the State of Liberty and no statues of dead law givers. After all, liberty, the French word for the English word freedom, means the absence of law in the presence of law givers. Americans need to abandon their superstitious polytheistic religion.
We're living in the twenty-first century. The goal should be to have the least governance as needed rather than the relentless pursuit of the most governance as tolerable.
So today, a friend of mine sent me a live video feed of a test flight of a solar powered airplane flying between Japan and Hawaii. According to those behind Solar Impulse, if the airplane can make it, those piloting the plane will fly five long days to circumnavigate the earth by flight.
If men could design enough energy output from solar, already mankind would have solar planes. So why hold these impractical flights?
There is but one reason: persuasion-in-propaganda. These solar stunts are mere propaganda to reinforce false beliefs in Gaia worshiping misanthropes.
It's not as if aviation is in its infancy. Engineers understand the mechanics of flight well. Engineers know already how much energy they need to achieve thrust and sustained powered flight.
Engineers can be on the ground trying to get solar output up to what is needed to haul 300 passengers of a conventional long-haul passenger flight. Engineers don't need these test flights.
So the manufacturing of the batteries happened without any pollution? So the construction of the airplane, built from special carbon fibers happened without any pollution? So the electric motors were manufactured without any pollution?
Commercial banking is what gives rise to any advanced economy. In spite of popular misguided hatred for bankers, without commercial banking, you would be living at a bare subsistence. Nothing that you know would exist.
Until True Commercial Clearings begin to rise, no one should expect the economy to be sound. Until True Government Clearings begin to rise steadily, no one should believe an expansion is under way.
There is no reality to any claims of the USA economy in expansion. It's not even in recovery. The economy has been contracting every year since peak True GDP of Q4 2007.
Commercial banking clearings activity fails to support any propaganda about the economy pushed either by those of the Obama Administration or by those of the Federal Reserve.
Back in Q2 2013, it looked as if for moment, at long last, a true recovery could have been underway. That didn't hold. The same kind of head fake happened in Q3 2014.
That government clearings is about GDP reveals welfare spending support. That government clearings is in decline reveals fewer true taxes collected on falling true GDP.
The Federal Reserve ought to be required by Congress to provide Americans this data on monthly rather than quarterly and long after the quarter expires.
As well, it would be great if the likes of Obama and Yellen weren't such cowardly immoral cretins. If only they could mature, get tough and begin telling truth to all, that would be great.
However interesting it is to see the earth from far above, this short YouTube clip released by NASA is little more than propaganda to encourage sci-fi people (skiffies) to keep paying taxes and to keep pressuring congressmen to up the NASA budget.
It's all too convenient when the deficit-funded spaceman mentions the small USA cities of Lancaster and Palmdale in the high desert of Southern California above Los Angeles, specifically mentioning those are the cities where the no-longer-in-service NASA space shuttles were built. Of course, the NASA spaceman narrator has hinted that building shuttles means jobs.
NASA is not unique in this respect. Almost every government agency authorized by Congress engages in propaganda against Americans to encourage Americans to keep demanding government managed services.
Americans get encouraged to join de facto groups as well as formal pressure groups, which exist solely to lobby Congress for the incessant spending and expansion of budgets for whatever their pet desires might be.
That is the essence of corporatism. That is what corporatism means. Corporatism means living by organizing into groups on the basis of allied interests and seeking codified (legalized) status and privilege for being a member of that group. Most often organization arises around these: academic, agricultural, industrial, ethnic, labor and military.
Corporatist-indoctrinated Americans are so easily suckered by feel-good, apple pie, nationalistic propaganda. Most often, these kinds of Americans are the first to shout, "There ought to be a law" whenever their indoctrinated beliefs, which define their faux morals and irreality, get challenged by the living ways of others.
Americans will continue to live under the yoke of Congress and all of the lesser, petty legislative houses of their states and counties and cities as long as such entities can use taxes and borrowing to pay for propaganda to gain for support by factional Americans.
Likely, most Americans never have heard of James Madison, the fourth President of the United States. Historians consider Madison as the "father of the Constitution" as well as one of the anonymous writers of the Federalist Papers, the newspaper essays written to convince Americans to support the passage of the second constitution of the United States of America.
Madison wrote the tenth essay, today known as Federalist 10. In the essay, Madison warned against special interest groups who would pursue the group interest over the general welfare of all Americans and the individual rights as well as each one's indivbidual liberty.
