THE BIGGEST LIE ALMOST ALL AMERICANS BELIEVE: AMERICANS HAVE A REPRESENTATIVE DEMOCRACY. BERNIE, HILLARY AND ALL OF THE CANDIDATES LOVE THE BIGGEST LIE.

In a work for the Washington Post titled, Is the United States of America a Republic or a Democracy? legal guy Eugene Volokh at UCLA Law claims Americans have a republic — citizens have the power to vote for officers and rerepresentatives — and a representative democracy — government by elected representatives.

In his work, Volokh, a native of the former communist Ukraine, in establishment apologist fashion tells his readers that "in addition to being a representative democracy, the United States is also a constitutional democracy, in which courts restrain in some measure the democratic will." Though he might be a bright guy, Volokh stretches the truth. It is the very design of the US itself through amendments to the Constitution along with public law passed by Congress that limits the democratic will.

Reality is far different from what Volokh preaches at UCLA Law and what millions of school children learn each year in America. Americans do not have representative democracy. Americans don't have democracy of any kind.

When the founders designed the United States of America with the second constitution, the founders wanted Americans to have popular representation and states' legislatures to have representation. To give Americans popular representation, they created the House of Representatives. To give states legislatures representation, they created the Senate.

For more on this, you can read about the Connecticut Compromise. Likely, most of you never heard of the Connecticut Compromise during your high school years because your states' legislators had a agenda for you to serve their purposes.

There is reason why the founders required a census in Article 1, Section 2 of the U.S. Constitution. The reason has nothing to do with how many Hispanics there are in the USA or how many blacks or how many females. The founders design a census into the system so that Americans could have popular representation.

Sadly, today, the dictators of Congress use the census as rhetorical justification to dole out welfare to key supporting constituencies.

The United States of America as the founders intended with the Constitution of 1787 and ratified on June 21, 1788, began to die in 1870. America moved ever closer to death beginning 1910.

Representative Democracy (left). Oligarchy Illusory Democracy (right).

Americans have the right to vote. That is it.

Every election, Americans are given the choice between candidates who are branded products. In short, Americans are given the choice between Coca-cola or Pepsi (see here: AMERICAN POLITICS. 136 YEARS AGO, JAMES SAYLES BROWN DESCRIBED IT PERFECTLY!)

Voting is mere illusion. Voting does not equal representation.

If you hover over each state, you can see how many adults, 18 and up, each
House representative in that state represents.

Map 1. Number of Adult Americans for Each Member of the House of Representatives

Residents of the State of Montana have the least representation. Residents of the District of Columbia have the most representation. Yet, in a cruel twist, those who represent them are mere delegates who can't vote on bills. They can only work as committee members.

Reality gets worse when you discover that on a full-time, 40-hour work week with no time in D.C., a representative could give mere seconds to each of his adult constituents — seriously seconds. Hover over your state and see it for yourself.

Map 2. Number of Seconds Each Adult American Can be Given by their Representative, for a Full-time, 40-hour work week and no trips to D.C.

Now, if Americans were to have a truly representative democracy, one where each adult could at least sit with his or her representative for 15 minutes, once a year and still have their representatives go to Congress for three months to hash out the only most important matters of Americans, here are the number of representatives Americans need by each states.

Map 3. 15 Minutes Once a Year with One's Representative with the Representative Three-Months in D.C., Number of Representatives Needed in Each State

Californians alone would need over six times the number of representatives than the whole House of Representatives now!

And here is what it would look like if representatives only gave 10 minutes to each adult, 18 and older while still hanging out in D.C. for three months.

Map 4. 10 Minutes Once a Year with One's Representative with the Representative Three-Months in D.C., Number of Representatives Needed in Each State

Californians would still need over four times as many representatives as the whole of the House now.

Here is how many representatives Americans would need in each state if Congress adhered to the Constitution and had each House member represent 30,000 adults.

Map 5. 30,000 Adults each Representative, Number of Representatives Needed in Each State

Bernie Sanders is quick to rail against billionaires and Wall Street, but Bernie never mentions the true problem — the lack of popular representation. Hillary Clinton is merely the light version of Bernie. Hillary makes almost the same attacks but is much softer about hers.

Shouldn't that make you wonder about Bernie and Hillary or anyone like them who claims he or she has the plan to make America better for Americans?

The jokers running for Team Red, the Republicans, don't even attack anyone who they claim is harming America. They too don't want you to know the most pressing problem that has been facing Americans for years upon years, decades even.

You can be sure the people behind the Center for Civic Education never mention this.

Campaign financing by the rich isn't the problem no matter how many times Bernie Sanders lies to you saying it is and no matter how many times Hillary Clinton lies to you saying it is.

You and all other Americans who are not part of the establishment have only one problem: You don't have a representative democracy. You live under a dictatorship of a well-organized minority.

The lack of popular representation is the true problem all of us Americans face. It should be the only election issue. If you want to fix America, you must spread the word on this.

Anyone who believes Americans live under a representative democracy has been bamboozled. Anyone who knows better and still makes the claim suffers from corrupted morality.

If only you lived under a representative democracy, there would be many political parties with no party dominant. The Democrats and the Republicans would be powerless in themselves. They would need to form coalitions with other parties and yield much of their desires to a bigger cause.

Only the most important bills would rise to the top and become law. You would have much more freedom. People who work for Congress in the various agencies overseen by the President would show you much respect.

If you lived under a representative democracy, having a high income or low income wouldn't matter nor would having much property (right of ownership) or no property in anything. You would be on equal footing with the richest man whom your representative would represent.

This is what the founders wanted for us 227 years later. Alas, we don't have it because the Democrats and the Republicans perpetuate the Biggest Lie.

If you are an American adult or soon to be an adult, likely this is the most important work you have yet read in your life. After reading this, I encourage you to read Thomas Paine's Common Sense.

You can be sure that not one candidate from either of those establishment parties would ever want you to have representation. That is why their parties colluded in during the Quiet Revolution to freeze permanently the House membership to 435 and only later did they add another three delegates for D.C.

AMERICA'S GOT GAYS. US SUPREME COURT ROBES LED BY ANTHONY KENNEDY SAYS SO.

In a queer 5-to-4 ruling of Obergefell v. Hodges, the robe-clad coven known as the U.S. Supreme Court have decreed that law givers of the various states must legally recognize that homosexuals can marry each other. Laws of the states' legislators no longer can exempt married gays from getting the same benefits as those law givers dole out to man-woman marrieds.

In spite of the rhetoric of some politicians spewed after the ruling, Americans need to suck it up. The Gay Army has won their war. They're celebrating their V-Day today.

No one should be surprised by the ruling. It was bound to happen.

Two years ago, the witches gathering of the Supremes ruled the Defense of Marriage Act, the anti-gay marriage law passed by Congress and signed into law by Bill Clinton could not deny a married gays from getting benefits given by Congress to men-women married couples. Today's ruling builds from that ruling.

In many ways, the outcome of the ruling is the right one though the ruling itself suffers flaws. Legislators have no standing to impose their moral standards upon anyone and then lie with the rhetoric that those moral standards are the will of the people.

As well, legislators lack standing to impose the moral standards of some Americans and their cults to which they belong, cults that all know as churches and religions. That queer ones will have their marriages recognized by agencies of law givers in no way stops anyone from belonging to a church and acting like the hypocrites, praying in public.

Legislators should not tell the people how to live. And all Americans need to stop supporting such immaturity. If adults want to buy and sell sex (prostitution) or substances for recreational purposes (drugs), no one should stop them.

And unlike the fools who say so, queer as folk marrying queer as folk fail to violate the laws of nature. Jumping from a cliff without a parachute leads to consequences that prove men cannot violate the laws of nature.

If all of mankind stopped procreating because all decided to focus on same sex sexuality, then future mankind would die off. Even under this scenario, the laws of nature would not be violated. The consequences of not breeding would be little different than the consequences of trying to fight against gravity.

Codifying gay marriage changes little, in spite of what gays might believe. Atheists don't accept religionists. Protestants don't accept Catholics. And let's not get into the races racing against each other rather than being accepting of each other.

Legalizing gayhood doesn't mean most will stop seeing gay sex and gay love as activities outside the norm of mankind. Many still see those with face tattoos and face piercings as freaks. In spite of the hopes of parents who birthed and raise gay kids into adulthood, legal decrees never have the power to turn their adult children into normal ones.

The gay marriage movement has been about cash and credit, always. Never has it been about love.

Privilege seeking is a political act whether through marriage licenses from politicians to gain preferential treatment for taxes or through collecting welfare benefits at higher rates. It has been mere rhetoric by those behind the Gay Agenda to hide behind the rhetoric of love rather than rhetoric of riches.

Gay marriage is about dollars and little more. It is about survivor spousal benefits of Social Security welfare. It's about adding thousands of new customers for divorce lawyers and the Family Law system annually, a system that employs bureaucrats and technocrats.

No one should be fooled. As long as law givers grant rights to some based on their status and impose duty upon others because of that status, liberty is lessened for all all. When law givers grant benefits to those who are married, law givers decreases liberty precisely because they have created law. All law increases duties and rights.

In life, any adult with an intellect suitably sufficient to decide doesn't always get she or he wants, but but always, gets what she or he deserves. For years, advocates of those marriage should get benefits have played a legal game, one for a time, that has helped them. Now, they are getting what they deserve. They must welcome gays into their anti-liberty club.

The right-minded man or woman at once sees the deleterious effects of acceding authority to politicians who then decree what marriage is and who derives privileges from such arrangements. The right-minded man or woman at once sees the best action is to eliminate marital status as a factor for any government action.

Any individual is right to want to live, right to want to live without an overlord and right to pursue what gives her or him pleasure. All else is nothing but force of one or some ganging upon another or others who is or who are weaker.

Demanding privileges gained by force for what amounts to a private matter is not the hallmark of an enlightened people.

One can only hope for a backlash against today's ruling whereby many push to remove all codified discrimination. No one should get privileges because that one belongs to any artificially constructed social group like gays, blacks, Latinos, women and so on.

Racism is a horrible political doctrine. It devalues every individual and turns persons into monsters as they join groups.

Those of groups revert to base instinct of mankind — the law of survival. Individuals who join groups lose themselves and become cogs of the group, one of the mob, the crowd. They end up doing wicked misdeeds in the name of advancing the group.

Every individual has the capacity of living by the Law of Love — do to others and loving one's neighbor.

THE ECONOMY IS DRIVING INTO A DEEP DITCH. CENTRAL BANKERS NO LONG UNDERSTAND CAPITALISM. LEGISLATORS NEVER DID.

For every quarter, the minions at the Bureau of Economic Analysis, release data that supports an accounting known as the National Income and Product Accounts (NIPA). NIPA data contains much data including the all-important GDP data.

Part of NIPA is Table 7.2.5.B., the Motor Vehicle Output table, which contains data about the state of automobile manufacturing and selling in the USA. Those with authority must believe that motor vehicle manufacturing and selling are such weighty matters when it comes to the economy that specific statistics must be gathered and collated regarding these activities.

From no one else on the Internet and likely worldwide can you get what I give you in these charts — the current dollar data fixed in True Dollars™. In chart after chart I have presented elsewhere in my work, once you see dollar data in True Dollars, you see how the charts exactly correlate with reality, with what Americans experience daily in their commercial living.

Academician economists rely upon an error-filled method of deflating current inflated prices using a base of past inflated prices. Anyone with good sense can see right away that method is wrong. Using previously inflated prices as the means to deflate current inflated prices fails to deflate anything.

While I have access to 45 charts generated from the NIPA Motor Vehicle Output data, I shall share with you a few of the key ones. Using my charts you can tell exactly where the economy has been and where it is going.

First up is the master chart, the Motor Vehicle Total Output chart.

Even before the September 11, 2001, calamity that brought down the Twin Towers, the economy was in decline. The foregoing chart shows that and corresponds with the GDP chart.

The sum of automobile output is down -10% from Q1 1959!

Americans haven't seen lows in final sales of motor vehicles since 1970.

Private fixed investment in new trucks is down -43.5% from the all-time peak hit Q3 1999. That said, it's up 77% from the Q4 2008 bottom.

After the dead cat bounce to Q3 2010, final sales of motor vehicles to those residing in the USA continues to fall, having fallen -12.8% since.

The sum of domestic output of new cars is -25.1% below the Q1 1959 sum!

And here come the charts that shock the mind.

Personal spending on autos is down -71% from the Q3 1998 all-time peak. Americans spend as much on cars today as Americans did in 1959!

Personal spending on trucks is down -55.8 from the Q3 2001 peak.

And here is a huge eye-opener. On a per capita basis, Americans, 16 and older, spend -15.6% less on cars than Americans did in the beginning of 1959.

Elsewhere I have written how Quantitative Easing has wrecked the return to extant capital and was causal for a crazed amount of true unemployment. As well, as long as legislators of Congress pursue a policy of working-age immigration double-digit growth rates, enterprises will be hard pressed to gain increasing returns to capital. Merely, they will employ more workers at ever lower wages.

OBAMA FAILS TO PAY TAXES ON ALMOST 69 MILLION DOLLARS IN 2014.

Today, the propaganda agency for President Obama announced that Obama and Joe Biden, who is the vice-president of the USA, released the summary their income taxes. Josh Earnest, the propaganda agent claims Obama paid  $93,362 in total tax.

However, since Obama gets paid by Congress, it's comical to claim he pays taxes to Congress. Obama's salary for FY 2014 was $450,000. In effect, Congress reduced Obama's salary to $356,638. However, because Congress pays Obama, Obama didn't actually pay any taxes. Foolishly, Obama paid $22,640 to the State of Illinois.

What propagandist Earnest fails to mention is that Congress paid Obama an additional $68,560,000, to blow as living expenses. No charade of phony taxes were levied by Congress for this sum.

Congress gave Obama $55,110,000 to blow on the White House, another $12,700,000 to blow on his "Executive Residence" and another $750,000 to pay for plumbers, painters and electricians under the guise of "White House Repair & Restoration."

Congress was less generous to Joey Biden, giving him only another $4,520,000 in fun cash to blow.

NERDS AT SXSW LISTEN TO FREE SPEECH DEBATE OVER FACEBOOK AND TWITTER. GEORGE WASHINGTON LAW SCHOOL PROFESSOR FAILS THE CONSTITUTION TEST.

Once again, it is time for South by Southwest, also known by the initialism SXSW, the nerdfest / Internet trade show of sorts that goes every March in Austin, Texas. At this year's twenty-something, big-tent nerdism revival and platform to shape public opinion by sway-masters, the organizers held a panel discussion over censorship by executives of social media giants, Facebook and Twitter.

George Anders over at Forbes wrote that George Washington University law professor Jeffrey Rosen urged Twitter and Facebook to allow just as much free speech as the U.S. government permits under the First Amendment. It's quite sad to discover that a law professor believes that Congress and the President allow free speech.

As part of the agreement known as the U.S. Constitution that establishes the Congress as well as the Presidency, the Congress has a duty not to create any law, which would abridge (lessen, diminish, curtail) the freedom of free speech. Further, freedom, the Old English word for liberty, means the absence of law in the presence of legislators and their agencies, or that which we call government.

The essence of freedom is no law. Without law, legislators cannot assign duty nor right. Every law requires both a right and a corresponding duty.

In spite of bogus Supreme Court rulings, never should anyone ever get prosecuted for anything said, anytime in a public forum. However, neither Twitter nor Facebook are public forums.

The execs of Facebook and Twitter are right to take down anything, anytime, not because anyone in particular might be offended by what someone else expresses. Rather execs are right to do so because they are the stewards of those who have property, which is the right of ownership and not what is owned) in Facebook or in Twitter.

If you owned a comedy club and Michael Richards took the stage ranting, shouting the word niggers, you would be right to yank Richards from the stage. The same goes for the execs of Facebook and Twitter.

AMERICAN POLITICS. 136 YEARS AGO, JAMES SAYLES BROWN DESCRIBED IT PERFECTLY!

Below are excerpts taken from Partisan Politics, The Evil and the Remedy: An Analysis of the Great Political Parties of the Country — Their Morals and Methods — As the Supreme Power in the Republic by James Sayles Brown, first published in 1897.

The long deceased Mr. Brown saved me hours of writing and editing as his expressed thoughts are alike to what I would have written. I encourage all of you to read through the excerpts. Set aside time if need be and come back to this share.

I have read thousands of books, many published since 2000 and many published between the years 1870 and 1920. I have read many hundreds of academic papers published by Ph.D. academicians. I have read countless blog entries and I have seen countless news-oriented TV broadcasts in all of my days.

I assert with much confidence that men were much smarter between the years 1870 and 1920. Sure, those working with the life sciences and material sciences know much more today than those of the past, yet much of their current findings arose from a thick bedrock laid by men of the past. About the only ones who can lay claim to being much smarter today are engineers.

Mr. Brown's work is clear, easy-to-read and to the point. I have written commentary at the end of Mr. Brown's work.

Mr. Brown's work is yet another of the many gems I have unearthed that reveal it is the same as it ever was. I've done all the heavy digging for you. Enjoy this gem.

The great evil the haunts Americans are politicians. The worst expression of that evil is the U.S. Congress.

Until Americans awaken and hobble Congress, nothing shall change. American life fifty years from now will be as it was in the time of Mr. Brown, 1879, unless Americans rise up against Congress.

Many have called for term limits or balanced budget amendments. These proposal will fail to do much of anything.

Instead, there is one change to right it all, which would fix Americans on the right path. And that change needs to be enshrined into the Constitution by amendment.

So what is the one change? No individual and no incorporated entity should be required to pay more than 12% of their incomes via taxation of any kind, including all kinds of fees, to all levels of government combined.

Included in that amendment must be the requirement that to repeal the amendment, first another amendment must get passed that decrees once five years have passed, upon the passage of another amendment, the first amendment shall be repealed.

Under my proposal, politicians would be locked into battles against each other. All legislation would become legislation that deals with the most pressing matters. Few would seek careers in politics. It would be exceedingly hard to rig laws to support industries.

Frivolous borrowing would come to an end as politicians of Congress and of the various states would be hard pressed to pay for both current needs and interest on past borrowing.

Every other proposal you have ever read, likely ever thought or will ever read or think will fail to do anything about the fundamental design of the Congress, the U.S. as a whole and the states, subsequent to design changes borne by the 17th Amendment and the freezing of the membership of the House to a permanent 435, both of which wrecked Congress; as well as 16th Amendment, the enactment of the Income Tax without apportionment.

Also, the framers had gotten it so wrong with the Supreme Court. There should be one USSC justice for each state, selected by their respective states legislatures, for a term not exceeding ten years.

The 17th amendment never should have passed without stripping the Senate of the power to declare war. That should have been given to the states' legislatures with a requirement that 5/8ths of states' legislatures must vote to declare war before actual war could be fought.
